Full Manual Capability: (System on/drives free.) Allows you to use hand wheels to move X, Y and Z. Or, use handheld pendant to move each axis under power, control direction and feed rate. In either of these situations, system reads each axis position on CRT
Teach Pendant Mode: Easy-to-use handheld pendant lets you teach XYZ point-to-point and angular part moves. Jog moves range from .0005" to .050" for precise positioning. You can select rapid or feed rate moves, single step through programs, set and clear axis limits, plus store up to four subroutines in memory.
Conversational Programming Mode: Provides full prompt menus and help screens so anyone with a knowledge of reading blueprints can program in this software mode. Features include graphic tool path verification, real-time graphics, automatic cycles (pocket clear, bolt hole patterns, etc.), absolute/incremental programming, inch/metric programming, automatic corner radius, backlash compensation, fixture/axis offsets, and more.
CNC Mode: G & M code programming with features such as XY, XZ, and YZ circular interpolation, up to 4-axis linear interpolation, tool select, scaling/mirror image, cutter diameter compensation, axis position preset, continuous contouring, helical interpolation, backlash compensation, tool length offset and fixture offset.
